    Principle

    To heat and dry raw material under the state of vacuum is called vacuum drying. It use vacuum to pump air and humidity out. Making the work-room on the vacuum state. The drying rate increases greatly and energy is saved.

    Remark: If use condensator, the solvent in raw material can be recovered. If use SK series water ring vacuum pump or ZswJ series hydraulic inject vacuum pump sets, condenser can not be used and the investments could be saved.

    Features

    • The heat source for evaporating can be low pressure steam or surplus waste steam.

    • Before drying, the dryer can be disinfected. During the period of drying, there is no impurity material mixed. It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP.
