HZG SERIESDIRECT HEATING ROTARY DRUM DRYER

Mainly used for pre firing of hard ferrite powder, it can also be applied in industries such as cement, metallurgy, and chemical engineering. The equipment consists of a main kiln and its supporting transmission device, cooling pipes, fuel system, electrical control, secondary air inlet device, exhaust and dust removal device, and preheating kiln body. It has functions such as over temperature alarm, overload alarm, automatic control of working temperature, and adjustable oxygen in the kiln.

    Principle

    Waste heat air or heat exchange air enters the rotary dryer and directly exchanges heat and mass with wet sludge in the channel. It is equipped with a special crushing device (specially designed structure) to quickly evaporate the water in the sludge. The smaller sludge particles are discharged from the dryer and collected together with the gas through the outer channel, while the larger sludge particles stay in the dryer for a longer time until drying is completed. Partial exhaust gas is extracted and treated by a deodorizer to meet atmospheric emission standards (or cooled by water foam dust removal) before being discharged into the atmosphere

    Characteristic

    To prevent material blockage, a scraper is welded to the drum to form a moving blade, and most of the material is forcibly stirred and sent away by a spiral guide plate, ensuring a smooth feeding process;

    The drum is designed with different inclinations based on the material's condition to ensure smoother discharge

    The machine has a simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance, and can achieve continuous large-scale production. It can also comprehensively utilize waste gas operations;

    Install exhaust gas collection and treatment devices according to different requirements.

    Applications

    According to the characteristics and status of the sludge drying process, different dispersion and crushing devices are used in sections to greatly improve the drying efficiency.

    Using special sealing materials to ensure sealing effect and greatly improve service life

    The bearing adopts a cooling device to reduce the operating temperature of the bearing and extend its service life

    Indirect heating can be used to reduce exhaust air volume and improve heat utilization efficiency

    Adopt different sheet cutting forms according to different states of materials to reduce the degree of bonding

    Adopt different feeding methods based on material characteristics to prevent blockage of the feed.
