This type of mixingmachine is consisted of driving construction,horizontal chamber,coulter and cutter.Raw material circulating along the chamber sunface through rotating of coulter and cutter. When raw material fly up and contact with cutter,it will be raised up and mixed unitormly in a very short time.

Features

Short mixing time. It is more adaptable to mix materials which has large differences in size and specific gravity.
Its construction feature is that it is especially suitable for liquid-adding mixing or granulating wet particle ,the size is between 0.3-3mm.

Applications

It is widely used in chemical industry, pharmacy industry, pesticide industry, animal medicine industry, food,feed and plastic industries for mixing sol-id-solid (powder to powder), solid - liquid(powder with some liquid). Also it is pretreating for granulating and drying process. It is specially suitable for mixing sticky or glue additive material.
