Discuss the working steps of a spin flash dryer
Keywords: Work steps of Spin Flash Dryer
The dryer has a hot air recovery system that utilizes the recycling of exhaust gas, saving electricity and reducing the temperature inside the factory. It also cleans the air and reduces dust pollution in the workshop. However, in order to ensure normal operation, it is necessary to follow the normal steps.
Working steps of flash dryer:
Preparatory work: Check the two fans (induced draft fan and blower) of this flash drying machine for any abnormalities when manually rotated. If any abnormalities are found, they should be reported for repair immediately. If the mixing can be rotated by hand and the warehouse door is opened for inspection, there should be no blockage of materials, and the air inlet duct should be unobstructed. If everything is normal, proceed to the next step of work. If the mixing chamber is blocked when opening the warehouse door, it should be cleaned and the air duct should be kept unobstructed before proceeding to the next step of work.
Power on: Turn on the induced draft fan. Due to the high power of the motor, it will take a long time to switch between star and triangle starting. Therefore, pay attention to the ammeter reading. Only when the current drops can the next operation be carried out. Otherwise, a fault may occur due to excessive bus current. Then start the blower, and when the current drops, turn on the mixing, feeding, and fan equipment.
Feeding: First, open the compressed air valve and turn on the pulse power switch. Then, open the steam valve and control the inlet temperature to the appropriate range. Next, turn on the frequency converter start button, turn on the frequency converter feeder, and continuously add the materials to be dried into the feeding hopper. During the drying process, it is important to regularly monitor the temperature indicators at the air inlet and mixing chamber. The temperature at the air inlet is related to the pressure in the steam pipe network and should be adjusted within an appropriate range.
Shutdown: After the drying process is completed, the feeding should be closed and the steam should be turned off to blow the machine empty for about 10 minutes. The remaining material in the machine should be blown out and the temperature in the machine should be lowered before shutdown. The shutdown sequence should be carried out in the reverse direction when starting up. After shutdown, the material in the trap should be cleaned before leaving.
